Set up your business profile and branding
Your business profile controls how you look to customers on quotes and on your public quote-request page. You’ll find it as the Business Profile card at the top of Business Settings (the /pro/settings page).
Everything on this page saves automatically as you go. A small indicator in the top corner of the card shows “Saving…” and then “Saved” so you know your changes stuck. There’s no Save button.
Upload your logo
- Tap the Business Logo box (the dashed square).
- Choose an image from your phone or computer.
Your logo starts uploading right away. You’ll see a spinner while it uploads and processes, then your logo appears in the box. If something goes wrong, the box turns red and shows a short message telling you what happened — just tap it and try again.
For the best result, use a PNG or JPEG image that’s at least 500 by 500 pixels. QuoFlow also accepts HEIC and WebP images.
To swap your logo later, tap the box again and pick a new image.
Pick your brand color
Next to the logo is Brand Primary Color. This color is used for the buttons, links, and accents on the quotes and pages your customers see.
You can set it two ways:
- Tap the colored square to pick a color visually, or
- Type a hex code (like
#0066FF) into the box next to it.
Your choice saves as soon as you tap out of the field.
Fill in your business details
Below that, add your business information:
- Business Name — the name customers see.
- Business Email — the email customers can reach you at.
- Business Address — your street, city, state, and ZIP.
Pick your state from the dropdown list. Your business address is only for your records — it is not shown on your public page.
Customize your public link
Every pro gets a public web address customers visit to request a quote. It looks like quoflowhq.com/p/your-business.
The part after /p/ is called your slug, and you set it in the Public URL field:
- Type the ending you want (for example,
joes-pressure-washing). - Or tap Suggest from business name to fill it in automatically from your Business Name.
A few rules for the slug:
- Use only lowercase letters, numbers, and single hyphens.
- It must be 3 to 64 characters long.
- It has to be unique. If someone already has that slug, or you type something that isn’t allowed, a message appears right under the field so you can fix it.
Once your slug is saved, your full share link shows up below the field with a Copy button. Tap Copy to grab the link, then paste it into a text, email, or social post. This is the link customers use to request a quote from you.
Add default quote terms
If you want the same terms and conditions at the bottom of every quote, you can set them here:
- Tap Show More Settings near the bottom of the card.
- Type your terms into the Default Quote Terms box.
Whatever you put here is automatically added to the bottom of every new quote you create. Good things to include: payment timing, weather policies, or anything else you always tell customers. You can still edit or remove the terms on any individual quote later.
