Set up your account: the onboarding wizard

What to expect

Right after you verify your email for the first time, QuoFlow walks you through a short four-step setup. A progress bar at the top shows Step n of 4, and every step has a Back button if you need to change something you already entered.

You can change anything you set here later in Settings, so don’t worry about getting it perfect the first time.

Step 1: Your business name

Enter the name of your business — for example, Summit Exterior Cleaning.

This name shows up on your quotes and is used to create the link customers use to reach you. It needs to be at least 2 characters. Tap Continue when you’re done.

Step 2: Your trade

Pick the kind of work you do. Tap all that apply — QuoFlow sets up services and pricing for each trade you choose.

If you select two or more trades, you’ll be asked “Which is your main service?” Tap the one that’s your primary trade. This matters because the common add-ons in Step 4 are based on your main trade.

Tap Continue when you’ve made your picks.

Step 3: Confirm your services

QuoFlow starts you off with the services that are common for the work you do, already switched on at standard rates.

You can always add more services or change prices later. Tap Continue.

Step 4: Common add-ons

These are common upsells for your trade, and they start switched off.

Either way, you can add or edit add-ons anytime in Settings.

You’re done

The final screen confirms your business is ready and shows your public link — something like quoflowhq.com/p/your-business. From here you can:

Everything you set up here — business name, trades, services, and add-ons — can be changed anytime in your Business Settings.
