Your public link
When you finished setup, QuoFlow gave you a public link that looks like quoflowhq.com/p/your-business.
When a customer opens it, they see your logo, your business name, and small chips listing the services you offer. This is the page where they ask you for a quote.
Share this link anywhere your customers find you — text messages, your website, social media, business cards, or a yard sign.
What the customer fills in
On your page, the customer enters:
- Their name
- Their email address
- The property address (with address suggestions as they type, when address autocomplete is turned on)
- Which services they’re interested in (optional — these come from your service list)
- Notes about the job (optional)
- 1 to 4 project photos
At least one photo is required. Customers can’t submit the request without adding a photo of the project, so photos come in with every lead.
After they tap Request Quote, they see a thank-you screen letting them know their request was sent and that you’ll email them a quote — usually within 24 hours.
Where new leads show up
Every new request lands in your Leads inbox, in the app. New leads arrive marked Pending, meaning they’re waiting for you to send a quote.
You’ll know a lead came in a few ways:
- The notification bell at the top of the app updates automatically. QuoFlow checks for new activity about once a minute, so a new lead shows up on its own without you refreshing.
- An email — if your New leads email notification is turned on (it’s on by default). You can turn it on or off under My Account → Email notifications.
- Your Dashboard has a Leads needing a quote card. It shows how many leads are still waiting and links straight to your inbox. The card changes color based on how long the oldest waiting lead has been sitting — a nudge to quote it before it goes cold.
What to do next
Open the lead in your Leads inbox, review the customer’s photos and notes, and build their quote. From there QuoFlow carries you through the rest of the job: quote, acceptance, scheduling, work order, and invoice.
