Sign up and sign in to QuoFlow
No passwords, ever
QuoFlow doesn’t use passwords. Whenever you sign up or sign in, we email you a 6-digit code. You type in the code and you’re in. That’s the whole thing.
Create your account
- Go to quoflowhq.com/get-started.
- Enter your first name, last name, and email address.
- Tap Continue with email.
- Check your email for a 6-digit code and type it in. The code fills in the boxes as you type, and QuoFlow verifies it for you automatically once all six digits are in.
That’s it — verifying the code signs you in and sets up your account. You never create or enter a password.
If your email is brand new to QuoFlow, you’ll keep going into the quick setup wizard (business name, trade, services). If you’ve already finished setup before, you’ll land straight on your dashboard.
Didn’t get the code? On the code screen, tap Resend code to send a new one. Codes can take a minute to arrive, so give it a moment before resending.
Sign in when you come back
- Go to quoflowhq.com/login.
- Enter your email address and tap Continue with email.
- Type in the 6-digit code we email you.
Same as signing up — email and a code, no password.
If you enter an email that doesn’t have an account yet, QuoFlow simply treats it as a new signup and walks you through setup. So there’s no wrong door: signing in and signing up work the same way.
Free trial and pricing
QuoFlow is free for 14 days. No credit card and no contract are required to start.
There’s just one plan — Solo Unlimited — so there’s nothing to choose. Every feature and unlimited quotes are included from day one, and your card is only charged if you keep going after the trial.
Changing your sign-in email
Your email address is how you sign in, so it can’t be changed from inside the app. If you need to switch to a different email, contact QuoFlow support and we’ll help you move your account.
