Manage leads and message customers

Adding a lead you met off-platform

Not every lead comes through your online form. When you meet someone in person or over the phone, add them yourself.

  1. On the Leads page, tap New Lead. A panel slides in.
  2. Enter their Name — this is the only required field.
  3. Optionally add their Phone, Email, Property address, and any Notes.
  4. Tap Create lead.

The new lead opens up right away, ready for you to build a quote. See Build and send a quote for the next step.

Sorting and filtering your inbox

Your open leads live in the Open Leads list on the left, with a count next to the title. Above the list are controls to keep it manageable.

Sort the list by:

Filter by status — Pending (no quote yet) or Quoted — and pick both if you like. If your filters hide everything, you’ll see “No matches — adjust filters” with a Reset filters button.

Long lists are paged, so use the page controls at the bottom to move through them.

Archiving dead leads

When a lead goes nowhere, get it out of your active inbox.

  1. Open the lead.
  2. In the Lead Information card, tap the Actions menu.
  3. Choose Archive and confirm.

The lead drops out of Open Leads. To see archived leads later, flip the Archive toggle at the top of the page. A second list appears showing your Won, Lost, and Archived leads, with its own sort and filter controls. Turn the toggle back off to hide it again.

Messaging the customer

Each lead has a Messages thread at the bottom. It shows one clean conversation, weaving together messages from the lead stage and messages tied to the quote so you read the whole history in order.

Type a reply and send it. Where it goes depends on whether a quote exists yet:

Either way, it’s the same thread from your side, so you never have to hunt for which channel a message is on.
