Set up your pricing

Where pricing lives

Your pricing is set on the Business Settings page, opened from the settings link in your menu (there’s also a gear icon on the Leads page). Everything here saves automatically as you edit — there is no save button.

These settings are the engine behind every quote. When you build a quote, the builder pulls your services, add-ons, floor, and modifiers straight from this page.

Base Services

This is your list of core services and what you charge for each.

To add a service, tap Add Service and fill in:

• Name — what the service is called (for example House Wash).
• Base Rate ($) — your price per unit.
• Unit of Measure — how you charge: Per Sq Ft, Per Linear Ft, or Flat Rate.

To edit a service, just change its name, rate, or unit right on the card — it saves when you tap away.

To delete one, tap the trash icon and confirm. Deleting a service removes it from new quotes only. Any quote you already sent keeps its line item exactly as it was, so past quotes are never disturbed.

Add-on Library

Add-ons are flat-fee extras you can offer as upsells — solar panel cleaning, gutter brightening, and the like. Each one you create shows up as a checkbox in the quote builder’s Add-ons step.

Tap Add Item and give it a:

• Name
• Flat Rate ($) — a single fixed price, not per unit.

Edit or delete add-ons the same way as services. As with services, deleting an add-on only affects new quotes; existing quotes keep their line item.

Minimum Trip Fee (Pricing Floor)

The Minimum Trip Fee is the lowest total any quote can produce, no matter how small the job. If the builder’s math comes out below this number, the quote is automatically rounded up to the floor.

Set it under the Pricing Floor card. Enter the dollar amount you need to make a trip worthwhile.

Advanced modifiers

Story multipliers and risk factors are tucked behind Show advanced pricing modifiers. Tap that to reveal them.

Story Multipliers

Each of 1-, 2-, and 3-story properties has its own slider, running from 1.00x up to 2.50x. Sliding above 1.00x raises the base rate for jobs at that height, and the card tells you the effect in plain terms — for example “Increases base rates by 25% for 2-story work.” Leave a slider at 1.00x and that height adds nothing.

Risk Factors

Risk factors are surcharges for tricky conditions — a steep roof, heavy soiling, and so on. For each one, you set a multiplier — how much it raises the price.

Every risk factor you set up shows up in the quote builder’s Complexity & Stories step as a switch, and you decide per job which ones to apply. The multiplier you enter here is what that factor applies when you flip it on during a quote.

Everything on this page saves on its own as you type, slide, or toggle. There’s nothing to press.
